CHANGE TO NEW CLINICAL SYSTEM

On 4 August 2015 we will be changing to a new clinical computer system. During the initial changeover disruption should be minimal.

Patients using Online Appointments and Online Repeat Prescription Order Service will need to come into the surgery to register on the new system. Please bring in one proof of ID e.g. passport and one proof of address e.g. utility bill.

PATIENT ACCESS

At the same time we will also set up Patient Access to Medical Records. At the moment this will allow patients to view allergies recorded in medical records as well as medications.
